1. Digital Products and Professional Services

  • Digital Products: All products (eBooks, AI tools, memberships) are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

  • Professional Services: The HBI Cooperate Program™ and other professional services are provided as a B2B export acceleration solution. Service delivery is subject to our team's approval of your business application.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other supported digital payment gateways.

  • Full payment for digital products is required at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

  • For the HBI Cooperate Program™, full payment is required upfront to initiate the 12-month program. This fee is subject to the refund guarantee outlined below.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and digital products, is the intellectual property of HBI Ecosystem™. Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for refunds on both our digital products and our professional services.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued after a successful purchase unless a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • HBI Cooperate Program™ Refund Guarantee: We guarantee a specific number of buyer deals and reorders as defined in your selected plan. You are eligible for a full refund of your onboarding fee if we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of deals within the 12-month program duration.

    • Conditions for Refund: To be eligible, the client must be a verified company, provide accurate product and company information, and be responsive and cooperative throughout the program. A "deal" is defined as a confirmed purchase order or signed agreement with a new, qualified buyer.

  • Success-Based Commission: A commission fee is charged only on successful, closed deals, as outlined in your program plan.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as the customer to review these terms periodically.
